As an extra service, we can add a booking system to your site, allowing your clients to easily make appointments with you. These bookings can be for online consultations, telephone consultations, or in-person consultations at your clinic. Pre-screening or authorisation forms can be included in the booking funnel.

All integrate with your online calendars – currently, a choice of Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Apple Calendar, or NextCloud Calendar. All offer automatic sync, with Google Calendar providing two-way sync. This means if you add a booking to the calendar, it will also update the website.

The online consultation can be configured to work with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams – depending on the platform your business uses. You will need to sign up with one of these services to enable connection to their platform.

Availability can be easily set for public or staff holidays, and opening times can be adjusted for any day. Appointment lengths can be set from short 10-minute telephone calls to 1 or 2-hour slots for longer treatments.

If you wish to charge your clients for a deposit or the full booking price in advance, we can integrate the booking system with the Stripe Payment Gateway. If your Stripe account is connected to G-Pay or Apple Pay, you can also accept payments using these methods.

As well as receiving email notifications for all bookings – along with confirmations and reminders for clients – you will have a login for your website where you can view upcoming bookings in the dashboard and modify or delete existing bookings, as well as create new ones manually.
